Maari 2 is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language action comedy film written and directed by Balaji Mohan. It is a sequel to his 2015 film Maari. Dhanush, in addition to producing the film under his company Wonderbar Films, also stars as the title character, reprising his role from the first film. Sai Pallavi, Krishna, Tovino Thomas, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Vidya Pradeep play other important roles.

Overall Maari 2 does not create an impact like its first part Maari. Sai Pallavi and Dhanush's comical romance has some fun but the rest of the proceedings are monotonous and routine.
